There are a lot of restrictions on women that are pregnant. There are things that a pregnant women cannot eat like raw food and strange delicacies and then there are also food items that women should not eat too much of. Women in the family way should also be more careful about the way they carry themselves so that they do not hurt themselves of their babies.
